Evening (for Mike Heron)

One of my all-time favorite bands was The Incredible String Band; and one of my favorite songs by them was “Swift As The Wind” by Mike Heron on their The Hangman’s Beautiful Daughter album, which I owned as LP, then owned again as cassette, then owned again as CD, and then downloaded as mp3.

Mike Heron and Robin Williamson lit the torch for me this lifetime.

This song was written as a tribute to Mike.
